FURUSATO Records is a cross-genre label dedicated to diverse music and long-term artistic collaboration. At its heart lies an open approach that allows different musical styles, sonic languages and production methods to coexist and flourish.
The label was founded by Fabian Dudek and Esther Weickel. Together, they support artists in processes focused on exploration, experimentation and development extending beyond individual releases.
FURUSATO does not view music as a fixed aesthetic, but as something that develops through exchange and process. The name ‘Furusato’ is understood as an inner point of reference: a place to which one can return time and again in one’s own artistic practice.
